1. Why does the system say "The withdrawal address format is wrong. Please check the withdrawal address length and character content and try again"?

A network address is a unique combination of letters and numbers that identifies a cryptocurrency wallet on the blockchain. If you input the address incorrectly, the system will display an error message. Therefore, you should always double-check the address with the recipient before withdrawing your cryptocurrency. You can also copy and paste the address or scan the QR code to avoid input errors.

2. What is a Memo/Tag?

A Memo or Tag is an additional address feature that identifies the recipient of the transaction beyond the wallet address. To avoid entering the wrong memo or tag, please confirm with the recipient to ensure that you enter the correct memo. Different cryptocurrencies have varying memo requirements, so make sure to enter the correct format for your chosen cryptocurrency.

3. What should I do if I receive a "network busy" message?

A "network busy" message means that the network is congested, and your withdrawal request cannot be processed at this time. In this case, you should wait and try again later. Alternatively, you can choose a different network to withdraw your assets.
