1. Missing or wrong tag/memo

If you forgot to include or used the wrong Tag/ Memo, your deposit will not be credited.

 

2. Deposit made to incorrect receiving/deposit address or unlisted token deposited

If you have deposited tokens or coins to the wrong receiving/deposit address, CoinUnited.io does not offer a token/coin recovery service.

3. Deposit to an incorrect address that doesn't belong to CoinUnited.io

If you have sent your tokens to an incorrect address that does not belong to CoinUnited.io, we cannot provide further assistance. You can contact the relevant parties, such as the owner of the address or the exchange/platform to which the address belongs for help.
