2. If you are navigating from the CoinUnited.io website, tap【Scan】and scan the QR Code from the website.

3. Here you can see Lv.1, and Lv.2 and their respective deposit and withdrawal limits.

Tap【Verify Now】to verify your identity

*Please verify your email address before proceeding with Identity Verification

4. Read the instructions and tap【Continue】

5. Enter your personal information and tap【Continue】

6. Select the country where your ID document was issued and your document type.

Follow the instructions and put your ID document in front of the camera. Please make sure all the details are clearly visible.

7. After submitting the ID document photos, take a selfie.

*Please make sure your whole face is clearly visible, your eyes are open, and your face is well-centred. Do not wear hats, or glasses, or use filters, and make sure that the lighting is sufficient.

Please be patient after submission. We will review your documents. Once your Application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.

You can upgrade your account to Lv.2 and enjoy higher deposit and withdrawal limits.

Lv.2 Identity Verification documents:

- Proof of residential address

1. Go to【User】>【Identity Verification】

2. Tap【Upgrade】to upgrade your account to Lv.2

Follow the instructions then 【Confirm】to continue

3. Enter your residential address, city, country/region, and postal code, then tap【Next】

4. Tap【Continue】to take a photo of a Proof of Address

Follow the instructions and put your Proof of Address in front of the camera. Please make sure all the details are clearly visible.

1. Go to CoinUnited.io Web Platform, hover your mouse on the【User Icon】at the top right, then click【Identity Verification】

2. Here you can see Basic, Lv.1, and Lv.2 and their respective deposit and withdrawal limits.

3. Download and open CoinUnited.io APP, and scan the QR Code to finish verification on the APP

4. After finishing verification on the CoinUnited.io APP, click【I verified】
