Applicants who failed identification may be asked to resubmit their documents. Resubmit your documents by following the steps below.

1. Open CoinUnited.io APP and Log in to your account

2. You will receive a notification asking you to resubmit the required documents. Tap【Resubmit Now】

3. Alternatively, go to【User】>【Identity Verification】

4. Click【Resubmit】to submit the documents again.

Please be patient after submission. We will process your submission as soon as possible.

1. Go to CoinUnited.io Web Platform, hover your mouse on the【User Icon】at the top right, then click【Identity Verification】

2. Click【Resubmit documents】to submit again.
