If you have entered an invalid withdrawal password multiple times, your withdrawal function will be temporarily disabled to ensure the security of your account.

To reset your withdrawal password, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Prepare the Required Document

  • Create a handwritten document containing the following information:

    "To CoinUnited.io,

    I am (Your Full Name), with Account number (xxxxxxxxx). I request to reset my account withdrawal password. "

    Please date and sign the document.

2. Record an Authentication Video

  • Hold the handwritten document and rotate your head in different directions (left, right, front).

  • Ensure that the arm holding the document is clearly visible in front of the camera.

  • Speak the contents of the handwritten document in front of the camera. Then, hold the document closer to the camera for two seconds, making sure that the content is clearly visible, before pulling it back.

  • The entire video should be approximately 20 seconds long.

3. Submit the Video

  • Email the recorded video to [email protected], including your account information and a request to reset your account withdrawal password.

  • Upon receiving your email, our team will review your request and proceed with the password reset process.
