You sent crypto to or from CoinUnited.io with a wrong address, a wrong network, an unsupported coin, or a missing or wrong tag/memo.

## Check what went wrong

1. **Decide the direction**
Was it a deposit into your CoinUnited.io account, or a withdrawal from it? The next steps depend on this.
2. **Find the TXID**
Open \[History\] > \[Deposit\] for a deposit, or \[History\] > \[Withdrawal\] for a withdrawal. Copy the whole TXID. See [How to Find My Transaction ID (TXID)?](https://help.coinunited.io/en/articles/how-to-find-my-transaction-id-txid)
3. **Look up the TXID on a block explorer**
Search it on a block explorer for the network you used, such as OKLink, Tronscan, Etherscan or BscScan. Note whether it shows “Confirmed”, “Not confirmed yet”, or cannot be found. See [How to Check Cryptocurrency Transaction Status on Blockchain?](https://help.coinunited.io/en/articles/how-to-check-cryptocurrency-transaction-status-on-blockchain)
4. **Compare it with what you meant to send**
Check the address, the network, the coin and the tag/memo. For a deposit, compare them with the Deposit page on CoinUnited.io. For a withdrawal, compare them with the details of the receiving platform or wallet.

### If you sent a deposit and missed the tag/memo, or entered a wrong one

Some coins need a tag or memo as well as the address. It tells CoinUnited.io which account the deposit belongs to. If you missed the tag or memo or entered it wrongly, CoinUnited.io may not credit the deposit, and you may lose the assets.

Contact support with your TXID, coin, amount and transfer time. Our team will look into it.

### If you sent a deposit on a different network, sent an unsupported coin, or sent it to an old or different address

Contact support and send the details. Our team will need to look at it. You may lose the assets.

Check the address on the Deposit page before each deposit. See [How to Select Deposit / Withdraw Network?](https://help.coinunited.io/en/articles/how-to-select-deposit-withdraw-network)

### If you sent a deposit to an address that does not belong to CoinUnited.io

CoinUnited.io cannot help with this. Contact the owner of the address, or the exchange or platform that the address belongs to.

### If you see a withdrawal marked “Processing”

The withdrawal is still in review. The review can take up to 12 hours. Contact support right away. Our team will try to help, but it may not be able to stop the withdrawal.

### If a withdrawal went to a wrong address or network and the block explorer shows “Confirmed”

Once a withdrawal is confirmed on the blockchain, CoinUnited.io cannot reverse it. Nobody can reverse a blockchain transaction.

- If you know the owner of the address, contact them directly.
- If the address belongs to another platform, contact that platform. Only the platform that owns the receiving address can help, and you may lose the assets.

### If a withdrawal went out with a missing or wrong tag/memo

CoinUnited.io cannot help with this. Contact the platform you withdrew to, and give them the TXID. You may lose the assets.

## Before your next transfer

- Check the current deposit address, network and tag/memo on the Deposit page before each deposit.
- Choose the same network on both sides. A wrong or incompatible network can lose your funds. See [How to Select Deposit / Withdraw Network?](https://help.coinunited.io/en/articles/how-to-select-deposit-withdraw-network)
- Before you withdraw, check that the receiving platform or wallet supports the token and the network.
- Save the address in a secure place, copy it from there, and check that the pasted address matches. See [How to Secure Your Login Device?](https://help.coinunited.io/en/articles/how-to-secure-your-login-device)
- Confirm the tag/memo with the recipient. Coins use different memo formats.

## When to contact support

Contact support in these cases:

- You sent a deposit and missed the tag/memo or entered a wrong one.
- You sent a deposit on a different network, sent an unsupported coin, or sent it to an old or different address.
- You want to stop a withdrawal that still shows “Processing”.

Send your TXID, the coin, the amount, the network, the time of the transfer and what went wrong. For a confirmed withdrawal to a wrong address or with a wrong tag/memo, contact the receiving platform first, because CoinUnited.io cannot reverse it.
