# Why Can't I Receive SMS Verification Codes?

SMS sent to your phone. If you have not received the code after several attempts, please try:

1. Check if your phone bill is overdue.

2. Check if the message is in the SMS bin.

3. Ensure the binding phone number is correctly inputted.

4. The message may be delayed for a few minutes. Try again after 10 minutes.
