● Proof of residential address

The validity period must be within 3 months. The entire page of the document including the 4 sides and 4 corners must be displayed without any alteration. Only bank statement /credit card statement/ insurance statement/ utility bills/ phone, internet service statement/ tax invoice or RVD bill are accepted. We don't accept screenshots, please take an original photo.

● Passport

3 sides in total : front cover, back cover, and personal information page (the personal information page photo must include the previous page). It must be clear and include the 4 sides and 4 corners of the Passport.

● ID Card

Please take a photo on white paper.
The document must not be altered in any way. It must be clear and include the 4 sides and 4 corners of the ID card. Photocopied or scanned versions are not accepted

● Selfie
Your facial features must be clearly displayed in the photo. Please pay attention to the problem of reflection in the photo

How to Resubmit Identification Documents

1. Open 【CoinUnited.io】APP and Log in to your account

2. You will receive a notification asking you to resubmit the required documents. Click【Resubmit Now】

Alternatively, go to【My Account】>【Security】>【Identification】

3. Click【Resubmit】to submit the documents again.

Please be patient after submission. We will process your submission as soon as possible.
