Corporate Account Application

If you want to apply corporate account, please submit the following documents to cs@coinunited.io：

1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Register of shareholders of the company
3. Register of directors of the company
4. Certified organizational chart
5. Valid and certified ID documentation for each director, authorized person, individual with significant responsibility for managing or directing entity, and ultimate beneficiary
6. Certified proof of residential address (latest 3-month utility bill etc) of each director, authorized person, individual with significant responsibility for managing or directing entity, and ultimate beneficiary
7. Board resolution to open the relationship and the empowering authority for those who will operate any accounts or trade
8. AML Policy of the institution
