How to Verify Your Residential Address on CoinUnited.io

Residential address will be requested in Lv.2 verification to ensure that you are in compliance with your regions/countries’ regulations.

A copy of the document containing your full name, residential address, date of issuance, and issuer's name must be uploaded. The document must be dated no more than three months prior to the date of submission.

The following documents are valid, but are not limited to:

  • Utility bills

  • Bank statements

  • Residential proof issued by the government

  • Internet/ Phone bills

  • Tax bill

  • Insurance statements

    Please Note:

  • Name, address, issue date, and issuer must be clearly shown. The entire document should be scanned, including all four corners.

  • The full name on the document must match your ID document.

  • The address on the document must be the same as the residential address entered

  • Documents must be issued within 3 months

1. When do I need to submit the Proof of Address?

You need to submit your Proof of Address during the Lv.2 Identification process.

2. What is a valid or complete address?

You should enter a complete residential address that includes the flat/house number, street, and zip code.

3. What kind of Proof of Address documents are unacceptable?

We do not accept identification documents issued more than 3 months ago.
