Error messages and what to do
Find the message you see on screen in the table below. The wording is the same as in the app and on the website.
Deposits and withdrawals

| For safety reasons, no withdrawals can be made within 24 hours after changing account security settings. | You changed your login password, email or phone number, or removed Google Authenticator, in the last 24 hours. | Wait until 24 hours have passed since the change, then withdraw. |

Orders and leverage
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum 100 USDT (the number and the unit depend on the contract) | The order is smaller than the minimum for that contract. | Increase the order size. Orders that close a position are not affected. |
| Insufficient available margin | Your available balance does not cover this order at your current leverage. | Reduce the order size, deposit more, or close or reduce other positions. |
| The limit price is too far from the market price. Please amend and resubmit | The limit price is outside the range allowed around the current market price. | Enter a price closer to the market price. |
| Order price is too close from market price. Please amend and resubmit | The price is too close to the current market price for this kind of order. | Enter a price further from the market price. |
| BTC does not support limit order (the coin varies) | Limit orders are not available for that coin. | Use a market order. |
| Insufficient margin, cannot lower leverage | Your open positions need more margin at the lower leverage than you have available. | Deposit more or reduce your positions, then change the leverage. |
| Account leverage cannot be disabled while having open contract positions or any negative balances | Leverage can be turned off only when you hold no contract positions and no negative balance. | Close your contract positions and clear any negative balance first. |
Logging in and verification codes
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect Username or Password, 3 attempts remaining (the number varies) | The login details do not match. After too many wrong attempts the account is locked for a short time. | Check your email or phone number and password. See I cannot log in to my account. |
| Multiple failed login attempts. To protect asset security, the account has been temporarily locked. Please try again in 30 minutes. (the time varies) | Too many wrong login attempts. | Wait for the time shown, then log in again or reset your password. |
| Incorrect verification code | The code does not match the one that was sent, or it is an older code. | Request a new code and enter the newest one. |
| Verification code has expired. Please generate a new verification code | The code was entered too late. | Request a new code. |
| Failed to send verification code | The code could not be sent to your phone or email. | Wait a few minutes and try again. See I did not receive a verification code or email. |
| Server Error, please try again later or contact us | A temporary connection problem. | Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, contact support. |
