Terms and conditions

2. Campaign Period: The start and end dates of the Campaign will be announced on our website. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

3. Bonus Distribution: The bonus will be awarded as a USD Bonus, with the maximum bonus amount per user being equivalent to 5 BTC. The equivalent value in USD will be calculated based on the prevailing market rate of BTC to USD at the time of the user's deposit, as determined by CoinUnited.io. The bonus is not transferable and cannot be withdrawn. The USD Bonus is credited to the user's account and can be used for withdrawal and trading fee rebates.

4. Bonus Expiration: The USD Bonus will expire 365 days after it is credited to the user's account. After this period, the unused bonus will be removed from the account.

5. Withdrawal and Trading Fee Rebate: Users will receive a 10% rebate of the withdrawal fee and a 30% rebate of the trading fee. The rebates will typically be credited back to their account in USDT several hours after the trade or withdrawal, however, this process can take up to 1-5 business days depending on the volume of transactions. The rebates will be calculated based on the USD equivalent of the fees charged. This conversion from the respective cryptocurrency to USD will be at a rate determined by CoinUnited.io. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate at any time due to market fluctuations. Users will not be able to dispute the conversion rate applied. Upon each rebate, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the user's USD Bonus balance.

6. Prevention of Arbitrage/Cheating: Any form of cheating, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bots or automated systems, manipulation of our system, exploitation of bugs or glitches, will lead to disqualification from the Campaign, account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any bonus and rebates. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to review and investigate all transaction activities and disqualify any user found engaging in abusive or fraudulent activity.

10. Conversion Rate: The conversion rate of BTC to USD for the purpose of this campaign will be determined by CoinUnited.io. The rate will be based on the prevailing market rate at the time of the user's deposit. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to adjust the rate at any time due to market fluctuations. Users will not be able to dispute the conversion rate applied to their deposit.

11. Indemnity: By participating in the Campaign, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CoinUnited.io, its directors, officers, employees and representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, liabilities, damages, demands, costs and expenses arising out of your breach of these T&Cs or participation in the Campaign.

12. Tax Implications: You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your bonus rewards. CoinUnited.io is not responsible for your tax obligations and makes no representations or warranties about the tax implications of the bonus rewards.

13. Conversion of Fees for Rebate: For rebate purposes, the charged fees will be converted to USD at a conversion rate determined by CoinUnited.io. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate at any time due to market fluctuations, and users will not be able to dispute the conversion rate applied.
