Suppose the friend generates 100 USDT in trading fees that month, John will receive a 10 USDT rebate, and the referred friend will also receive a 10 USDT rebate.

Terms and Conditions

1. Friends must register using the referral code.

2. Eligibility: The USD Bonus is open to all registered users of CoinUnited.io.

The Rebate Reward program is open to both referrers and referees who meet legal eligibility for cryptocurrency trading.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all other terms and conditions of CoinUnited.io.

3. Earning USD Bonus: Users can earn a USD Bonus through various methods, including making a first-time deposit and participating in certain campaigns or events. The specific percentage of the rebate provided by the USD Bonus may vary based on different campaigns or events.

4. 600 USD Bonus: The $600 USD bonus is distributed as a 100% match of the friend's first deposit, up to $300 each for the referrer and referee. This bonus is designated for trading fee and withdrawal fee redemption and is not withdrawable as cash.

5. Using USD Bonus: The USD Bonus can be used to offset a proportion of withdrawal and trading fees. The specific proportion will be determined by CoinUnited.io. The rebates will typically be credited back to their account in USDT several hours after the trade or withdrawal, however, this process can take up to 1-5 business days depending on the volume of transactions. The rebates will be calculated based on the USD equivalent of the fees charged. This conversion from the respective cryptocurrency to USD will be at a rate determined by CoinUnited.io. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate at any time due to market fluctuations. Users will not be able to dispute the conversion rate applied. Upon each rebate, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the user's USD Bonus balance.

6. Bonus Expiration: The USD Bonus has an expiration timeline that varies depending on the campaign or event. Please refer to the specific requirements of each campaign for the exact duration. Any unused USD Bonus will expire after the stated period since the time it was credited to the user's account. It's the user's responsibility to note and understand the expiration terms of each USD Bonus received.

7. Rebate and Conversion: Rebates will be calculated based on the USD equivalent of the fees charged. This conversion from the respective cryptocurrency to USD will be at a rate determined by CoinUnited.io. CoinUnited.io reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate at any time due to market fluctuations.

8. USDT Rebate Rewards: Rebates, credited in USDT based on the trading fees incurred by the referee, are withdrawable and tradable on CoinUnited.io.

9. Referral Count and Rebate Rates: The number of successful referrals contributing to the rebate rate is counted on a rolling annual basis. Each referral is counted for one year from the date of their successful registration.

10. Deposit and Trading Volume Requirements: Referees are required to deposit at least $200 within ten days of registration and must achieve a minimum trading volume of $2,000 on Derivatives within 30 days.

11. Monthly Rebate Distribution: USDT Rebates are credited monthly, based on the previous month's trading activity of referred friends.

12. Prevention of Arbitrage/Cheating: Any form of cheating, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bots or automated systems, manipulation of our system, exploitation of bugs or glitches, will lead to account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any USD Bonus and rebates.

13. Program Changes: CoinUnited.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program without prior notice.

14. Dispute Resolution: CoinUnited.io's decisions in disputes related to the program are final.

15. Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CoinUnited.io is registered and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

16. Tax Implications: You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your USD Bonus or rewards. CoinUnited.io is not responsible for your tax obligations and makes no representations or warranties about the tax implications of the USD Bonus or rewards.
