My deposit has not been credited

You sent crypto to your CoinUnited.io account, but the amount does not show in your balance.

Check where your deposit stands

  1. Open your deposit history

Go to [History] > [Deposit] and find the deposit. Note what it shows: it is not listed, it says “Confirming”, or it says “Confirmed”.

  2. If it is not listed, find out where you sent it from

Was it another exchange or wallet, another CoinUnited account, or a bank card or fiat payment? Each one has its own check below.

  3. Look up the TXID on a block explorer

For a deposit from another exchange or wallet, ask the sending platform for the Transaction ID (TXID). Search it on a block explorer for the network you used, such as OKLink, Tronscan, Etherscan or BscScan. Note whether it shows “Confirmed”, “Not confirmed yet”, or cannot be found. See How to Check Cryptocurrency Transaction Status on Blockchain?

  4. Compare what you sent with the Deposit page

Open the Deposit page on CoinUnited.io. Check that the address, the network and the tag/memo (if the coin needs one) match what you sent. Check that the amount was at or above the minimum deposit shown there.

What each status means

Status in [History] > [Deposit]What it meansWhat to do
ConfirmingThe network is still confirming the deposit.Wait. CoinUnited.io credits it automatically once the network confirms it.
ConfirmedThe deposit has been credited.Check that you are looking at the right coin and account. If your balance still did not change, contact support.
CancelledThe deposit was not credited.Contact support with the TXID.
Not listedCoinUnited.io has not received the deposit yet.Look up the TXID on a block explorer, then follow the matching section below.

If you see “Confirming” in [History] > [Deposit]

Confirming means the network is still confirming the deposit. The Deposit page shows how many confirmations it needs. Busy networks take longer. CoinUnited.io credits the deposit automatically once the network confirms it, so you do not need to do anything while you wait.

  • If it has been processing for a long time, contact support (see below).

If you see “Confirmed” in [History] > [Deposit], but your balance did not change

Check that you are looking at the right coin, and at the account you sent the deposit to. If the deposit is still missing from your balance, contact support.

If you see no deposit in [History] and the sending platform gave you no TXID

A transfer with no TXID has not left the sending platform yet. Ask that platform when it will send the transfer. Come back to step 3 when you have the TXID.

If you see “Not confirmed yet” on the block explorer

The network is still confirming the transaction. CoinUnited.io credits a deposit after the network confirms it. The Deposit page shows how many confirmations it needs, and busy networks take longer. You do not need to do anything while it confirms.

If you see no result for the TXID on the block explorer

The TXID probably belongs to a different network from the one you are searching. Check which network the sending platform used, then search again.

  • If it now shows “Confirmed” or “Not confirmed yet”, follow the matching section on this page.
  • If the sending platform used a network that CoinUnited.io does not show for this coin, contact support and send the details.

If you see “Confirmed” on the block explorer

The transfer reached the blockchain. Now compare it with the Deposit page (step 4).

  • Everything matches and the amount was at or above the minimum. Contact support with your TXID.
  • The amount was below the minimum, or you are not sure. CoinUnited.io does not credit the deposit right away. You can deposit the remaining amount within the time given to reach the minimum. Check your email for a message from CoinUnited.io with the details. See Understanding Minimum Cryptocurrency Deposit Requirements.
  • You missed the tag/memo or entered a wrong one. Some coins need a tag or memo as well as the address. It tells CoinUnited.io which account the deposit belongs to. Contact support with your TXID, coin, amount and transfer time. Our team will look into it. You may lose the assets.
  • You used a different network, sent a coin CoinUnited.io does not support, or sent to an old or different address. Contact support and send the details. Our team will look at it. You may lose the assets. Check the address on the Deposit page before each deposit.

If you see no deposit in [History] and you sent it from another CoinUnited account

Transfers between CoinUnited accounts have no TXID, so there is nothing to look up on a block explorer. The sender starts them on the [Withdraw] page, and they can take up to 12 hours to review. Ask the sender to open [History] > [Withdrawal] and tell you what it shows.

  • “Processing”: CoinUnited.io reviews internal transfers first, which can take up to 12 hours. The funds arrive automatically once approved. If it has been more than 12 hours, contact support.
  • “Processed”: Contact support and say that the sender’s record shows “Processed”.
  • “Cancelled”: See the section on “Cancelled” withdrawals in the article “My withdrawal has not arrived”.

If you see no deposit in [History] and you paid by bank card or fiat

Check these points:

  • You have enough funds on the card.
  • CoinUnited.io supports the card.
  • You completed any verification that the card payment provider asks for. The card payment provider handles that step.
  • If the payment did not go through, contact the third-party provider.
  • See How to Buy Crypto with Credit / Debit Card on CoinUnited.io?

When to contact support

Contact support in these cases:

  • Your deposit has shown “Confirming” for a long time.
  • [History] shows “Confirmed”, you checked the coin and the account, and your balance still did not change.
  • The block explorer shows “Confirmed”, everything matches the Deposit page, and the amount was at or above the minimum.
  • An internal transfer shows “Processed” on the sender’s side, or it has been processing for more than 12 hours.
  • You missed the tag/memo, used a different network, sent a coin CoinUnited.io does not support, or sent to an old or different address.

Send your TXID, the coin name, the deposit amount and the time of the transfer. A screenshot of the [History] record helps.
