My withdrawal has not arrived
You withdrew crypto from CoinUnited.io, but it has not arrived at the exchange, wallet or account you sent it to.
Check where your withdrawal stands
- Open your withdrawal history
Go to [History] > [Withdrawal] and find the withdrawal. Note what it shows: “Processing”, “Processed” or “Cancelled”.
- If it says “Processing”, work out how long ago you submitted it
CoinUnited.io reviews withdrawals before it sends them. The review can take up to 12 hours.
- Look up the TXID on a block explorer
Copy the whole TXID from your withdrawal record. Search it on a block explorer for the network shown in the record, such as OKLink, Tronscan, Etherscan or BscScan. Note whether it shows “Confirmed”, “Not confirmed yet”, or cannot be found. See How to Find My Transaction ID (TXID)? and How to Check Cryptocurrency Transaction Status on Blockchain?
- Check where you sent it
Note whether the destination is another exchange or wallet, or another CoinUnited account. Transfers to another CoinUnited account have no TXID.
What each status means
| Status in [History] > [Withdrawal] | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Processing | CoinUnited.io is reviewing the withdrawal. The review can take up to 12 hours. | Wait. After 12 hours, contact support. |
| Processed | CoinUnited.io has sent the withdrawal. The blockchain and the receiving platform handle the rest. | Look up the TXID on a block explorer, then follow the matching section below. |
| Cancelled | The withdrawal was not sent. | See “If you see Cancelled” below for the usual reasons. |
If you see “Processing” and you submitted it less than 12 hours ago
This is still within the normal review time. CoinUnited.io sends the withdrawal automatically once it approves it. You do not need to do anything.
If you see “Processing” and you submitted it more than 12 hours ago
Contact support (see below) and send the details.
If you see “Processing” and you want to cancel
Contact support right away. Our team can check whether it can still be stopped, but it may not be able to stop it. Once a withdrawal reaches the blockchain, nobody can cancel or change it. Nobody can reverse a blockchain transaction.
If you see “Cancelled”
One of these reasons can cancel or reject a withdrawal:
- A liquidation left your account with a negative balance. The system then cancels pending withdrawals to cover the loss.
- You changed your login password, email or phone number, or removed Google Authenticator, in the last 24 hours. You cannot withdraw for 24 hours after these changes.
- CoinUnited.io has temporarily suspended withdrawals for the coin or network.
- If none of these applies, contact support.
If you cannot submit a withdrawal at all
You cannot withdraw for 24 hours after you change your login password, account email or phone number, or remove or reset Google Authenticator. This protects your account. You can withdraw again once the 24 hours pass.
If you see “Processed”, and “Confirmed” on the block explorer
The funds have left CoinUnited.io. The receiving platform or wallet credits them from there. Contact the support team of the receiving platform or wallet with the TXID, and check that they support this token and network. CoinUnited.io cannot change a withdrawal once the blockchain confirms it.
If one of these matches, use the matching section:
- It arrived, but the amount is lower. The withdrawal fee varies and depends on the blockchain network. The fee shows in your withdrawal process. See Crypto Withdrawal Fees on CoinUnited.io.
- You entered the wrong tag/memo. CoinUnited.io cannot help with this. Contact the platform you withdrew to.
- You entered the wrong address or network. Once a withdrawal is confirmed on the blockchain, CoinUnited.io cannot reverse it. Contact the platform that owns the receiving address. Only that platform can help, and you may lose the assets. See the article “I sent crypto to the wrong address or without the tag/memo”.
If you see “Not confirmed yet” on the block explorer
The transfer is still waiting for the blockchain. It completes once the network confirms it.
- If it has been pending for a long time, contact support (see below).
If you see no result for the TXID on the block explorer
Check that you searched on the network shown in your withdrawal record, and that you copied the whole TXID.
- If you now see “Confirmed” or “Not confirmed yet”, follow the matching section on this page.
- If you still cannot find it, contact support.
If you see “Processed” and you sent it to another CoinUnited account
Transfers to another CoinUnited account have no TXID. Ask the recipient to open [History] > [Deposit] on their account and tell you what they see.
- If the transfer has arrived, you are done.
- If they see nothing yet, contact support. Also see How to Make Internal Transfer on CoinUnited.io?
When to contact support
Contact support in these cases:
- Your withdrawal has shown “Processing” for more than 12 hours.
- You want to cancel a withdrawal that still shows “Processing”.
- The block explorer has shown “Not confirmed yet” for a long time.
- The block explorer cannot find your TXID, even on the right network with the whole TXID.
- The recipient of an internal transfer sees nothing.
- Your withdrawal shows “Cancelled” and none of the reasons above applies.
Send your TXID (if you have one), the coin, the amount, the network, the destination and the time you submitted the withdrawal. If the block explorer shows “Confirmed”, the receiving platform is the one to contact.
